And yes, I drew elements from Rocco's caricature. Mainly because it encapsulates Bob Brown more better than any other artists, so I used him as the foundation for Gillard's reflection.

Hmm I guess comparing it to my original sketch it does look a lot more better, but I'm more disappointed with the fact that it doesn't really look like him. I guess caricature's not my cup of tea, but I tried and I'm proud about that. I just hope I can still keep up a good rep with this "drawing" lol.

Oh and if you haven't gotten it yet, it was supposed to be Tony Abbott hahaha.

Progress. Still needs to be fixed up though. I'm pretty disappointed that it doesn't really look like him though. I feel like I've worked on it hard enough for it to fully form... but unfortunately, it's not there... just yet lol. Sigh I really want to finish this thing now but I gotta go to work now. Brief: Generic card design for Star staff.

I was literally bugged about this FOR A LONG TIME, and I'm going to rub it in their faces that I stayed up till 2am trying to think of an appropriate design. Well I have to admit, I did sidetrack... a lot... when it came to designing this. So 3 hours of designing, where I had 15mins break every 30mins haha.

SO FRKN THRILLLLLLLLED!

Okay so the first half of this weekend SUCKED because I had to call in sick for work - for ALL my shifts so practically I'll be working ZERO hours this week. I keep getting told that I am "over-working" myself. I know it's true, it just gets tiring to hear. Why? Because I feel that it is the opposite (at times). I do have times where I am at home, and I do have times when I have nothing to do. So how is that "over-working"? I guess I'm only thinking that way because I'm over-thinking it. But I guess if all my loved ones have said the same thing, they're probably right. I must be the biggest idiot to question the whole lot of them.

Anyway, I finished my screen designs - THANK GOD. So I guess my sick leave did eventually go somewhere, now all I gotta do now is finish off my written documentation and I'm good to go for Monday. I am so thrilled. I totally want to upload my screens right now, but I feel that it's the best if I leave that till later.

I am so tired right now, I think I deserve a good night's sleep. A great day's worth of hard work (despite how I'm vomiting up phlegm every 10 minutes) now meets a great day's worth of sleep. How lovely!
